  • What forms of Payments do you accept ?
    For our esteemed international clientele, we exclusively accommodate transactions through PayPal. For local customers within Mexico, we extend the option of payment through bank transfer and PayPal for your convenience.
  • Can i Change my order Ones it has been placed ?
    Upon initiation of your order, it promptly undergoes our comprehensive fulfillment process. Unfortunately, subsequent modifications to the items, including adjustments to quantity, size, and/or color, are not permissible once the order has been confirmed. Additionally, amendments to the delivery address are not feasible post-order placement. Your understanding of these constraints is greatly valued.
  • How to Track Parcel ones it has been Shipped ?
    Upon the dispatch of your order, a formal shipping confirmation message will be promptly transmitted to you. Subsequently, you will gain access to a tracking link provided below, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment. In the event that you have not yet received a confirmation message, kindly be assured that your order typically requires 24-48 hours for dispatch.   • Customs and Importation fees ?
